Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of smartpilot.com, the SmartPilot waitlist and SmartPilot’s YouTube channel. They are an agreement between you and TURK AI Inc., Ankara, Türkiye (“SmartPilot”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site

smartpilot.com describes SmartPilot and our work. Specifications, images, videos and the datasheet show the product as it is being developed. They may change without notice and are not a guarantee of performance in your application. Demonstration videos and illustrations may show simulated or edited footage.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an obligation for you or for us. It is not an offer to sell or an order. Any sale will be under a separate written agreement with its own terms, price and availability. We may decline any request for early access.

Lawful use and export control

SmartPilot products are flight control hardware and software. They may be subject to export control and sanctions laws in Türkiye and in other countries. You are responsible for operating any drone lawfully, under the aviation rules where you fly. We may refuse a request where we believe a sale or delivery would break the law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or our servers;
• collect content from the site automatically in a way that burdens it, or copy it for resale;
• submit someone else’s email address to the waitlist, or submit false information;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, images, videos, datasheets, the SmartPilot name and logo belong to TURK AI Inc. or its licensors. You may view them and share links to them, and use the datasheet to evaluate SmartPilot. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

YouTube

Our videos are hosted on YouTube. Watching them, embedded on this site or on youtube.com, and commenting on our channel are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. SmartPilot uses YouTube API Services to manage its channel, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may remove comments on our channel that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic or spam.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as research papers, press articles and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is”, for information only, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SmartPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
